We stand behind every product we make. If Downshift isn't working for you, we don't want you to keep paying for it.


30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll refund you in full. No need to send anything back.

We only ask that you've given the product a fair try — most of our formulas work best with at least 2 weeks of consistent daily use before drawing conclusions.


How to Request a Refund

Send an email to [your support email] with:
- Your order number
- The product you'd like refunded
- A brief note on what wasn't working for you

We'll process your refund within 2 business days. The amount will be returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.


Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date with no penalty. The 30-day guarantee applies to your first subscription order. Subsequent orders are covered if there is a product quality issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, we'll replace it or refund it immediately at no cost to you. Please send a photo of the issue to [your support email] and we'll sort it within 1 business day.


What Isn't Covered

- Orders outside the 30-day window
- Products purchased through third-party retailers
- Dissatisfaction due to taste or texture preferences communicated after the 30-day period
